Guarantee
We guarantee the freshness of all chocolates shipped. For optimal flavor, we recommend filled chocolates to be consumed within two weeks of delivery.
Monica's Chocolates is not responsible for packages stolen, or damaged after they are delivered to the address specified by the customer.

Payment Methods
CREDIT CARDS
For website orders we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
For telephone orders, faxed orders, and in-store purchases we accept Visa and MasterCard.
CHECKS
We accept personal checks drawn on United States bank accounts only. Make checks payable to Monica's Chocolates. Your order will be shipped after the check clears.
State Sales Tax
A 5% Maine state sales tax is applied to all orders within Maine.
Order Processing
We ship most orders within three business days after receipt. Additional days may be required due to product availability or United States Postal Service holidays.
Gift Cards
We can enclose a complimentary gift card with your shipment. To request a gift card, please type your gift message in the box titled "Add special instructions to seller" on the final PayPal checkout screen.
Shipping Methods & Destinations
Orders placed through our website are shipped via United States Postal Service Priority Mail to all 50 of the United States. Priority Mail is generally delivered within three business days of shipment date.
